Cut up pasture chicken ready for Betty Crocker.  Notice the yellow color to the fat. Grass delivers beta-Carotene. Enjoy eating the fat and skin of a pasture raised chicken!

  • 1 Pasture Grazed Chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat butter in rectangular glass pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches) until melted. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mix. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
