Beef bundle options listed below (photo showing bundle options). Choose your option while completing the reservation form below. We will contact you with an estimate as to when the bundle will be ready.

Just Ground Beef: 10 lb. Ground Beef ($115)
Roast Bundle: ~3 lb. Roast and 6 lb. Ground Beef ($110)
Steak Bundle: ~ 3lb. Steaks and 6 lb. Ground Beef ($130)
Family Beef Bundle: Roast Bundle combined with Steak Bundle, ~18 lb. ($240)

10 lb. Just Ground Beef – $115

9 lb. Roast Bundle (6 lb. Ground + 3 lb. Roast) – $110

9 lb. Steak Bundle – (6 lb. Ground + 3 lb. Steaks) – $130

18 lb. Family Beef Bundle (Combined Roast and Steak Bundle) – $240

Let us know if you would like to modify your beef bundle with any of these options:

Add or substitute some other cuts. For example, substitute some stew meat for ground beef. Add brisket, short ribs, liver, heart, tallow or broth bones at current pricing. Describe your interest in other cuts in box below.

Other Comments. Include a preference you may have for the roast (Arm Roast, Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Round, Rump). Describe other cuts you would like to try. We will create a draft invoice with your options.:
