Oven-Fried Chicken

Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

1Pasture Grazed Chicken, cut up
1/4cupbutter
1/2cupflour
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat butter in rectangular glass pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches) until melted. Mix flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mix. Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
