Wondering what grass finished beef might look like on the hoof? Below are a few photos of our 2026 American Grassfed Association Grassfed beef. These beef were raised and finished primarily on warm seasons grasses native to the Tall Grass Prairie Region of the U.S.. Using Holistic Planned Grazing management, our pastures are certified as Regenerative Verified. During the non growing season, these beef are supplemented with locally raised forages (prairie hay, hayed cover crops and alfalfa hay). We run a single herd of beef, so these grass finished beef grazed alongside cows, calves and yearling cattle. All of our grass finished beef are sold direct to consumers and processed at local lockers.
